Information stored on your device
Bible Crostics Puzzle stores gameplay data locally on your device so you can continue where you left off. This local data can include settings, puzzle progress, unlocked content, the last opened level and step, sound and theme preferences, clue display settings, and other session state needed for normal play.
Analytics and service data
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the product is used and to improve reliability. Analytics events may include screen views, level starts and completions, help usage, shop activity, and purchase flow events.
The app also uses Firebase anonymous authentication and Cloud Functions for wallet sync, purchase verification, and remote content delivery. As part of that flow, an anonymous Firebase UID, talent and help balances, App Store transaction identifiers, Google Play purchase tokens or order identifiers, wallet ledger records, and remote content version data may be processed or stored on the server.

How the information is used
- To save gameplay progress and preferences.
- To sync talents and helps between the app and the server wallet.
- To verify in-app purchases and investigate billing issues.
- To download updated puzzle sets, levels, and in-app promotional content after release.
- To improve stability, balance, and overall product quality.
Accounts and identity
The app does not require players to create a visible account for normal gameplay. When needed for wallet sync and purchase verification, the app may create and use an anonymous Firebase identity in the background.
Service providers and sharing
Based on the current build, analytics and backend services may be processed by Google/Firebase, and in-app purchase verification may be processed by Apple and Google Play. No advertising SDK is included in the current build, and the app does not request contacts, photos, microphone, precise location, or camera access for its core experience.
Retention
Local gameplay data remains on the device until you delete the app or clear its local storage. Server-side wallet, purchase verification, and remote-content records may be retained as needed for purchase verification, fraud prevention, accounting, support, and operational integrity. Support emails may also be retained as needed to respond to your request.
Your choices
If you stop using the app, local gameplay data may remain on the device until the app is deleted. If you need help with a billing or privacy issue, you can contact support using the email below.
